Accessibility Support
For Liora, the inclusion of learners with disabilities is essential. For this reason, the entire teaching team is actively working on the implementation of a disability support plan.
As such, a disability officer has been appointed within the school:

Liora is committed to welcoming learners with disabilities without discrimination. Because equal opportunity goes beyond recruitment alone, we offer candidates the possibility to share their specific needs related to their disability so that we can adapt the training whenever possible. Our goal is to identify, as early as possible, the adjustments needed to adapt our teaching while maintaining the highest level of training quality. It is essential for us to ensure that each learner can benefit from the best possible integration, both within the school and in a professional setting.
In practical terms, these adjustments may include extended time for assessments, allowing learners to benefit from additional exam time. All our synchronous sessions are also available with subtitles. Assistance from a third-party support person can also be arranged when needed. Additionally, because our courses are fully accessible online, candidates who are unable to travel can follow the training under the same conditions as all other learners.
Program adaptations may, however, take time. It is therefore important to begin the accommodation request as early as the application stage, to ensure an individualized and appropriate response.
